Mikki Ras releases video for 'Bag A Things'
Fast-rising dancehall artiste Mikki Ras has released the video for his new single, 'Bag A Things'.
The video, which was shot and directed by top-flight Jamaican film-maker Wayne Benjamin, was filmed at several locations in Kingston and Clarendon.
It was officially released on January 3, and since then it has enjoyed heavy rotation on several local cable stations, including RETV.
The video is also doing well on YouTube, where it has received more than 10,000 hits on various channels, including Akam Entertainment, Rasta World and Crush Road.
"The video is doing well. I'm pleased with the response it has been getting. We've put a lot of hard work into this project, and I'm happy that it's getting the support it deserves. I have to big up everyone who made it possible, including my management team and the director," said Mikki Ras.
The Clarendon-born entertainer, who is signed to Master J Records, is currently working on several projects for the label.
"I'm recording some new tracks. Some of them will be released as singles, and some of them will be released on my debut album," he said.
Mikki Ras is also looking forward to performing at several major events, both locally and abroad, later this year.
