Tuesday, August 1, will see the fifth staging of Credit Unions Gosplash 2017 - the ultimate praise and worship experience on the beach.

The event, presented by Action Entertainment, takes place at Sugarman's Beach in Portmore, and will feature performances from international gospel singer Tye Tribbett, Chevelle Franklyn, Jermaine Edwards, DJ Nicholas, Ryan Mark and Christina Roshay.

Tye Tribbett, who has appeared multiple times on Billboard Hot Gospel chart and is a dual Grammy winner, will headline the Credit Unions Gosplash 2017. Known for songs such as Keep Me, What Can I Do, He Turned It, Work It Out and Let Us Worship, he should have Jamaicans on a spiritual high when he takes centrestage.

Gospel firehouse Chevelle Franklyn knows just how to get the crowd at Sugarman's Beach fired up, and will have no problem doing so with songs such as I Have A Father, Kill My Flesh, King Jesus and I Am Free.

Jermaine Edwards, who makes no secret of the fact that he is all about ministry, whether singing or trying to make an impact in the troubled community of Spanish Town, where his father preaches, will be seeking yet another opportunity to do just that.

Nicholas Eccleston, more popularly known as DJ Nicholas, has chalked up one accolade after another where his music is concerned, but it is his high-energy, foot-stomping performance his fans will be coming out to experience.

Younger brother to Goddy Goddy, Ryan Mark, has long since made his own path in winning souls for Christ, while ministering to them both in the spoken word and music.

Closing out the performance line-up will be Christina Roshay, a talented, young upcoming singer.

Gates will open at 10 a.m. on event day and curtains will close promptly at 8 p.m.
