Dillgin completes successful promo tour
California-based reggae singer Dillgin was recently on the island for a two-week promotional run.
"Jamaica is my homeland, and I love to come home as often as possible. It's always a pleasure to visit yaad," said the artiste.
During his visit, Dillgin made appearances on several popular radio and TV shows, including Smile Jamaica on TVJ, On Da Spot with Markland Edwards on RJR 94 FM, and Da Bounce with Rodrick Howell on HITZ 92 FM.
"I did this promotional run to increase the popularity of my song titled Still A Work and to promote my new single called Heart of Mine. I was warmly received at all the media houses I visited, the interviews were great, and the response from the fans has been overwhelming," Dillgin said.
Dillgin also performed at a number of events such as Stone Love's popular Weddy Weddy party and the monthly concert which is held for inmates at the St Catherine Adult Correctional Centre in Spanish Town.
"The vibes at Weddy Weddy was crazy; I couldn't even sing out my songs, the forwards were loud. It was the same thing in Spanish Town. Everywhere I performed, I received a lot of love," he said.
Dillgin is currently working on several new projects, including an album which is slated to be released next year.
