"I'm confident that working Mr Blackwood will help me to move my career in the right direction. He and his team are very professional, and they believe in me," said Gevano.
Gevano is currently promoting a single called Magician.
"I'm pleased with the response that my song is getting, and I am thankful to all the DJs who are playing it. Everyone is saying it's going to be a hit, and my management team and I are working hard to make it happen," said the artiste.
Gevano recently shot the video for Magician. It was directed by Tin Man and was filmed in the scenic community of Hope Village, Manchester.

"This song is getting a lot of support, and I am very thankful for that. People are telling me they love the old-school dancehall vibes on this song. I'm confident that it's going to be one of the top songs for the summer," said the artiste.
The video for Run Di Place was premiered by popular European Reggae website reggaeville.com earlier this year.
"Since Reggaeville premiered the video, a lot of other sites in Europe and the US have posted it. It's also getting a lot of hits on YouTube," said Amlak Redsquare.
The deejay is also looking forward to an upcoming tour of Europe this summer.
"I'll be touring Europe with True Lion sound from Koln, Germany, from the 27th of July straight through to the end of September. The tour is titled Dubtapes, which is the name of my mixtape that came out last year," he said.
Dancehall singjay Viice has released a video to push his popular single 'Poor Life' and believes the feedback to the video has been great.

But people get the message and love the vibes and the positive messages of upliftment through hard work," said the artiste, whose given name is Nicholas Peterkin. "Nuff people in Jamaica a live at under $200 a day. we born poor, but we don't have to stay poor. poor life nuh fit me."
Promoters overseas, especially in Africa, have begun to take notice of the young artiste.
"Right now, I am talking to promoters in Gambia and Zimbabwe about possible shows for June," he said.
Viice will be releasing a collaboration called Holiday featuring Mon-e Myke this summer.
