The year 2025 was exceptional for recording artiste Tasha T, who is revelling in major milestones.

From major tours to successful music collaborations, many of her activities were centred in the UK.

"[It] was an incredibly successful year. It was a year of growth, connection, and unforgettable moments! I reconnected with my amazing UK fans and gained new ones, performed at one of the UK's major festivals - City Splash - and touched stages I had never been on before. I built valuable connections with promoters, radio DJs, and producers," the singer reflected.

Her summer tour took her to major cities such as Birmingham and Manchester, as well as sharing the stage with legendary acts such as Marcia Griffiths at the Jazz Cafe, and with Glen Washington at Fox and Firkin. Another highlight for the artiste was performing at City Splash for the first time alongside two iconic sound systems - Channel One and King Tubbies.

"I stayed busy every single day - whether doing interviews, shows, or networking - which created an incredible buzz. What's more, I shot the music video for my new single from my forthcoming album, and even visited France for the first time, which was a beautiful experience," she added.

Tasha T had several successful releases this year, including a beautiful collaboration with Senegalese artiste Anika D.M. titled Beautif ul Lady. She also collaborated with Mel Dube and Kandice Kash on an Eddie Bullen production titled Show Us The Way. In addition, she was nominated at the Reggae North Awards for Top Video of the Year ( Jamaica It Nice) and Top Single of the Year ( Put It On). To top it off, she received the Excellence Award as a cultural singer and entertainer from the PEABO Awards, which celebrates excellence in reggae music.

Much more is in store for Tasha T, as she prepares for 2026. She will be part of the One Jamaica Project, an initiative that features some of Jamaica's finest artistes, including Tarrus Riley, Etana, Kevin Downswell, Bugle, Agent Sasco, and Carlene Davis. Additionally, work will continue through her Tasha T Learning Foundation, which participated in schools and farm functions with children this year.

"[This] is the year to watch! Big things are on the horizon with my third album set to blow the world by storm, with the first single along with the music video dropping early in the year. I'm looking forward to an epic world tour and sharing new music that will inspire and connect with fans everywhere," Tasha T said.
