Many athletes have participated in the ISSA Boys and Girls' Championships over the years, but not many of these persons have gone on to represent Jamaica internationally. Persons like Usain Bolt and Veronica Campbell-Brown were extremely impressive during Champs and continued to dominate the world of track and field during their professional years.

After many years, some of these athletes look quite different, but their skills on the track have improved.
