Police seek witnesses for murder case

The Half-Way Tree police are seeking six witnesses to give evidence in relation to the 2013 murder of Bryan Wright, also called 'Man of forty', of Delacree Lane, Kingston 11.

The following witnesses are being asked to appear at the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court in Half- Way Tree on Monday, December 14 at 10 a.m.

They are Simone Latchman, Marsha Finn, Yvonne Morgan, Pinky Reid, Godfery Robb and Kemar Williams. Williams is to be accompanied by his parents, Damian Williams and Khamaka Henry. All are from Delacree Lane, Kingston 11, off Waltham Park Road.

Reports are that in 2013, Bryan Whyte's body was found along Queen's Avenue in Richmond Park wrapped in a white sheet and tarpaulin. He appeared to have multiple stab wounds in the head and face.

Clifton Latchman has been charged for Wright's murder and is to appear in court on Monday. The witnesses are to appear to give evidence when the case is called up.
