The Police High Command is offering a $1 million-reward to anyone with useful information that could aid in the capture of those responsible for Tuesday night's murder of two police officers in St Thomas.

Corporal Kenneth Davis from the VIP Protection Division and Constable Craig Palmer from the Trench Town Police Station were shot dead while playing dominoes with friends at Poor Man's Corner in the parish. A civilian was also injured in the incident.

Meanwhile, the two men are wanted for questioning in relation to the incident and are being asked to turn themselves in to the Yallahs police. They are Marlon Perry, otherwise called 'Duppy Film', Jason Foster, 21, and a man known only as 'Patta', all of St Thomas.

Anyone with information on the murders is being asked to contact the Criminal Investigations Branch headquarters at 922-4741 or 922-4487, the Yallahs police at 982-5075 and Crime Stop at 311.

Tuesday night's double murder brings to nine the number of police officers killed since the start of the year.
