Bolt teams up with NBA legend
Champion Shave - the razor company co-owned by Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt - has announced Basketball Hall of Famer and NBA great Dominique Wilkins as the company's newest partner and brand ambassador to the United States. Wilkins will help to promote the Champion Shave razor product to wider audiences.
"I'm elated to be a business partner with Champion Shave and a huge fan of the product," Wilkins said in an official statement. "The system is very efficient, with a powerful blade and easy-to-grip handle but also a great value at $8.99 compared to other brands in the range of $20 and up. The design is beautiful and eye-catching as well."
"It's not often you get a group of Hall of Fame-caliber individuals together and come up with a product that you truly believe in and use on a consistent basis," noted Wilkins. Wilkins joins track and field star Usain Bolt and hockey icon Wayne Gretzky among the company's partners.
Wilkins is one of the most iconic figures in professional basketball history. Dominique "The Human Highlight Film" spent 12 years with the Atlanta Hawks and was one of the most prolific players in the game. He is one of the 15 highest-scoring players in NBA history and two-time slam dunk champion.
"I am excited to welcome our new partner Dominique to the Champion Shave team," commented Usain Bolt.
The Champion Shave razor product utilises a six-blade system with its light and aerodynamic handle. It comes with a pivoting head that makes it easier for the user to move the razor around one's beard.
