Sandals South Coast FC head coach Aaron 'Wildboy' Lawrence has said that he will be taking a look at players currently involved in this year's ISSA/FLOW schoolboy football season, as he looks to strengthen his side in the Red Stripe Premier League (RSPL) in January. Lawrence said that these players are determined and would play with passion.

"We have to add some youngsters who are hungry and want to be a part of this competition - youngsters who have never been here before, but want to achieve something and go far," said Lawrence.

Lawrence who also coached Frome Technical, who exited the daCosta Cup at the quarter final stage this season, also said that he would be forced to look even wider than Frome, given the quality of the RSPL.

"We have to look wider with the quality of the Premier League, and strengthen with some youths that are better players," he added.

This will not be foreign to some of the senior players in the schoolboy football competitions, as quite a few, such as Dinthill Technical's Kaheem Parris who played for Cavalier, and former Cornwall College player Jourdaine Fletcher, for Montego Bay United, have played some form of Premier League football last season.
