Portmore United and Waterhouse FC were involved in intense training sessions on Wednesday, ahead of Monday's big Red Stripe Premier League grand final at the National Stadium.

Portmore visited Spry Training at Dunrobin Avenue in St Andrew on Wednesday morning for a strength training session, while Waterhouse had their session at Drewsland that afternoon.
