Leonardo DiCaprio has beetle named after him. The 43-year-old Oscar-winning actor has been a staunch campaigner for the environment for many years, creating The Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation in 1998.

The Grouvellinus leonardodicaprioi was discovered at the bottom of a waterfall in Maliau Basin, a remote nature reserve in Borneo.

It was found by Taxon Expeditions, a firm set up to help untrained volunteers discover new species and the expedition was funded by the 'Inception' star's foundation.

After finding three new species of water beetle the participants voted to name one of them after Leo.

Dr Iva Njunjic, founder of Taxon Expeditions, said: "Tiny and black, this new beetle may not win an Oscar for charisma, but in biodiversity conservation, every creature counts."

Macklemore used drugs to escape from the pitfalls of fame. Speaking to the latest issue of FAULT magazine, Macklemore whose real name is Benjamin Hammond Haggerty spilt: "Adjusting to the fame in a condensed period and not staying sober has been the worst.

"There was a rapid transition and to have the world's eye on me all at once with back-to-back number ones, and all the accolades that came with it I didn't know how to deal with it. I didn't know how to adjust, so I escaped," he said.

The Same Love hitmaker has two-year-old daughter Sloane and another little girl, who was born last month, with wife Tricia Davis believes addiction is his biggest fault.

Jackie Chan's estranged daughter claims she's homeless. Etta Ng who has never had a relationship with Chan, 64, has launched a public appeal on YouTube, in which she revealed she's been living under a bridge, blaming her "homophobic parents" for her current predicament.

Reading off a piece of paper to the camera, 19-year-old Ng explained: "Hi I'm Jackie Chan's daughter and this is my girlfriend Andi [Autum]. We've been homeless for a month due to homophobic parents. We pretty much slept under a bridge, and other things."

Previously, it was reported that Ng was living with her mother Elaine in Hong Kong.

But Autum claims that she and her girlfriend have been forced on to the streets because of their lesbian relationship.
