Dovey Magnum, Guyanese star Lola Doll team up

Dancehall star Dovey Magnum is enjoying a fantastic run of form lately and having had her fair share of ups and downs in music, she now has several reasons to smile.

The colourful entertainer recently teamed up with Guyanese dancehall star Lola Doll to record Female Shella 2.0 which is a remake of Dovey Magnum’s smash hit Female Shella which was released in 2019. According to Dovey Magnum, the collaboration was bound to happen because the two share a great musical understanding.

“Lola Doll is a bad artiste and Dovey a bad artiste and from the first time we link, di energy just connected, and as such we just kept the link. The song kinda just forward naturally and we just a run with it and so far everyone is loving the vibe. I am all about unity and progression with the right people,” stated Dovey Magnum.

The artiste, who is currently on tour in Guyana, has been steadily building momentum musically and has secured multiple charting singles this year. The singjay has also executed several high energy performances across the Caribbean. According to Dovey Magnum, she is determined to truly create a major impact in local and international music over the upcoming months.

“Me a work nonstop right now and me nah ease up until the entire world knows the name Dovey Magnum, ‘cause me know me have di talent and I feel energised and focused. The music just a flow right now and me just a work with it,” she said.
