MAGGI Coconut Cabbage

MAGGI (r) Coconut Cabbage

Prep. Time: 20 mins.

Yield: Serves 2

Ingredients

1 tsp. Butter (or margarine)

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium tomato, chopped

1 small sweet pepper, deseeded and finely chopped

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

2 tbsps. Maggi Vegetable Soup Mix

2 tbsp. Maggi Coconut Milk Powder in 1/4 cup water

1 lb Cabbage, shredded

1/4 cup carrots, shredded

Method

n Heat butter or margarine in hot skillet. Stir in seasonings and saute for 30 seconds

n And Maggi Vegetable Soup mix and stir

n Dissolve Maggi Coconut Milk powder in the 1/4 cup water and add to pot

n Stir in Cabbage and saute for 2 minutes. Fold in the carrots and allow to cook for another 2

minutes or until desired tenderness is obtained.

n Serve with side of choice.
