We are already in the season of spring and temperatures are now increasing. As our body heat gets higher, an ice-cold beverage might be quite perfect during the days; and it is a bonus when the drink is healthy.

2 cups frozen strawberries
1 fresh banana, peeled
1 cup milk (almond milk can be used as an alternative)
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon honey, if needed to sweeten
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined. Serve immediately.
(If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it is too thin, add more fruit and/or ice.)
