Burger King workers shaken by death of co-worker
The Burger King restaurant, which is located in Cross Roads, St Andrew, was closed on Monday to allow grief counselling for members of staff.
The shuttering of the restaurant for the day follows the death of Nile Brown, an employee whose body was discovered in Ramble, St Thomas, on Sunday.
Brown, 21, was reported missing on Friday after she failed to show up for work.
Her body was found Sunday in a barrel under a bridge in the quiet community of Ramble in St Thomas.
Valda Ormsby's Burger King's general manager, said staff were inconsolable.
"They were crying and some were on the ground rolling," Ormsby said.
