Dancehall artiste Starface is generating a lot of buzz with 'Fi Di Wuk', her female answer to Rygin King's smash hit 'Tuff', so much so that the song has been officially released by the producer Dane Ray on the Billion Music Group label.

"The producer heard the song a few weeks ago and immediately gave it the go-ahead, so it is now officially released on iTunes as an official single, sanctioned by Dane Ray himself, so the disc jockeys can give it the full strength," Starface said.

In the meantime, Starface is moving quickly to capitalise on the street buzz as she shot a humorous video to the single which provides a hilarious female perspective to the song.

Fans have given the deejay mostly positive reviews on her VEVO channel, with the song appearing to have struck a chord with females especially.

"Back in the day, when TLC came with Scrubs, there was a counteraction by another group with No Pigeons to represent the males. It's the same thing with my song, just good fun, a different perspective; mi have to rep fi the females," she said.

In the track, Starface pokes light-hearted fun at the assets of her often boastful male counterparts, saying "Bwoy a say the thing tuff, tuff, when it short and soft, full a wrinkle it shrivel up." The video has a similarly saucy storyline.

"The video reflects the humour of the song with a humorous scene that the people will enjoy about non-performing males. The fans are going to love a great bedroom scene with me in my lingerie; it well hot," she said, laughing.

In the meantime, another popular single, Top Class, on the Knackout Productions label, is also generating some buzz and she will be shooting a video for that project next week.
