Skeng and Valiant collaborate on ‘Loyal Gyal’

Sought after dancehall artistes Skeng and Valiant are set to release their first collaborative effort titled ' Loyal Gyal' for the Jiggy D Entertainment imprint.

The track will also feature DJ and hype man Jigsta, who is credited as the song's producer. Skeng and Valiant, both currently enjoying the privilege to travel and showcase their brand on the world stage, have been spotted hanging together on the social scene in recent weeks. Many have been speculating if a collaboration was in the works.

Confirmation came earlier this week by way of a post on Skeng's Instagram account. Fans wasted no time in signalling their approval with more flame emojis than words to Skeng's post. An accompanying music video for Loyal Gyal was directed by Shane Creative. Both song and video are scheduled to be released simultaneously.

Valiant, in sharing his thought on the project dubbed Jigsta, commented, 'the DJ Khaled of Jamaica' in an appreciation comment after Jigsta previewed the music video.

Valiant, fresh off his INSTAHYPE Kool Out Sundayz performance in Stony Hill, St Andrew, took his first US trip last week and since then a string of shows on US soil are being advertised, beginning with his first stop in Miami next month.

No stranger to travelling, Skeng and Jigsta have seemingly found the formula for success, having previously collaborated on the track Smood Wid It for Drop Top Records.
