Culinary excellence expected at CUPS: Château Blanc
From freshly prepared omelets to an exciting selection of local and international cuisines, CUPS: Château Blanc is promising patrons more than just a party when it returns to Jamaica on Sunday, October 18, at BOJ Lawn, Waterfront, Kingston.
The premium Blue & White Breakfast Party, which forms part of Greatness Weekend 2026, will feature live cooking stations, diverse breakfast offerings, music and an immersive atmosphere designed to bring food, fashion and Caribbean culture together. For promoter Tamark Bailey, the food-inclusive experience is a major part of what distinguishes CUPS from a traditional breakfast party.
“We’re putting a lot of emphasis on the food this year because we want patrons to feel they’re getting a complete experience,” Bailey said. “We’re talking about live stations where your breakfast is prepared fresh, different cuisines to cater to different tastes, and a variety of options that allow people to really enjoy themselves. We want you to come hungry and leave satisfied.”
Bailey explained that the vision for Château Blanc is to create an experience where food and entertainment complement each other, allowing patrons to enjoy a relaxed breakfast atmosphere before transitioning into a high-energy party.
“CUPS has never been just about music. It’s about the entire experience. Come for the food, stay for the music, enjoy the culture and make memories. We want people to feel that every aspect of the event was worth coming out for,” he added.
The New York-based entertainment brand, which has built a following over approximately 11 years, is returning for its second Jamaican staging. Interest has also extended overseas, with New York-based patrons already securing accommodation at hotels including The Jamaica Pegasus and ROK Hotel, ahead of Heroes Weekend.
“What’s exciting is seeing people making the trip from New York specifically for this experience. They’re booking their rooms, planning their outfits, and making a weekend out of it. That tells us CUPS is becoming more than an event; it’s becoming a reason to travel,” Bailey said.
Music will be provided by Chromatic Live, DJ Tyler, ZJ Liquid, Ico & Twin, and Allstar Triple, bringing a mix of entertainment to complement the food and lifestyle experience.
