Police investigate Clarendon murder
The Clarendon police have opened an investigation into Tuesday night's gun slaying of a 33-year-old male in the Old Paisley area of May Pen, Clarendon.
According to a police report, the deceased, Massieve Binger, was sitting on a wall outside his parents' house, sometime after 8 p.m., conversing with two men. 'Two men armed with guns approached and opened fire on the group, killing Binger on the spot, before making their escape on foot in the area.
"The police were called about this incident (murder) just after 8 p.m. last night (Tuesday), and upon our arrival, we found the deceased, Massieve Binger, dead with what appear to be gunshot wounds," a police investigator told THE STAR.
Binger's younger sibling, Carsell Binger, also told THE STAR that the shocking murder has left the family in mourning and with unanswered questions.
"Boy, right now, we are in shock. It was unexpected because we don't know of him and anyone in any conflicts or anything that would warrant his death," he said.
