Yoga will be displayed on a large screen in Gatwick Airport in London.

The UK's second largest airport will display a pre-flight exercise - or 'Floga' - routine that is intended to help passengers relax and unwind before flying.

The airport has teamed with Shona Vertue, who produced the routines, and she said: "Because of all the travel I do, I know first-hand the physical side effects of frequent and long-haul flying.

"Yoga is an absolute gift to the body pre, post and during the flight and this sequence has been designed with that in mind."

The 'Floga' lounge will be available to all passengers throughout the day in the South Terminal.
