Man bites brother on his neck
Psychiatric evaluation has been ordered for a man who yesterday pleaded guilty to biting his younger brother on his neck.
Raheem Fraser, 23, admitted that he committed the act against his 17-year-old brother, when he appeared before the Kingston and St. Andrew Parish Court.
Parish Judge Chester Crooks told Fraser to withhold his explanation until after he was evaluated.
He is charged with assault occasioning bodily harm. His brother was in court and pointed to the right side of his neck where he received the injury.
Fraser's mother was asked to approach the bench and she told the court that she had tried to get help for him.
"I want him to go to the clinic," she said.
The incident reportedly took place in Denham Town, Kingston.
Fraser is to return to court on December 15.
