Hughenden will host Eastern Confederation Super League winners Brazil, while South Central Confederation Super League champions, Jamaico welcome Western Confederation Super League winners, Granville United at Wembley Centre of Excellence. Both games start at 3:30 p.m.
Maverley/Hughenden are high on confidence following a crucial away win against Granville three days ago, and will look towards another victory playing at home.
Coach of Maverley/Hughenden, Lij Simms says that he is not expecting an easy game against Brazil.
"Brazil won't lie down and die. We are coming hard as at home is where the heart is," Simms told STAR Sports.
Maverley will look to Phillip Peddie, captain Andrew Peddlar, veteran Kasai Hinds and Roberto Fletcher for a crucial home win.
Brazil suffered a defeat to Jamalco at home and are fully aware that another setback would put them in danger of not making the step to Premier League football next season.
"We found out our downfall in the first game, so we just have to go down to Maverley and capitalise on our chances," Brazil's head coach, David Galloway said.
The team will rely on Deandre Thomas, Carlos Campbell and Imani Beckford.
Jamalco will be also highly motivated for another win.
"Getting three points on the road was a big boost, but we don't want to get complacent," Jamalco's head coach Rayon Johnson said.
Brazil's main players include captain Erron Brown, Andrew Isaacs, Renior Elliott and Creggton Charlton.
After losing at home, Granville will travel to Clarendon in search of positive results.
The Tracey Reid-coached team will hunt victory through Lenardo Whyte and Mario Samuel.
