The men's 100m at the Prefontaine Classic put some of the fastest men in history against each other.

Jamaican speedster Asafa Powell - the former 100m world record holder has not had a great time competing against US standard-bearer Justin Gatlin and with Tyson Gay, early season form man Femi Ogunode, World Champs co-bronze medal winner Andre DeGrasse and Mike Rodgers all in the mix, the is shaping up to be quite the face-off.

Gatlin has finished ahead of the Jamaican in 13 of their 17 races with Powell's last win over the American coming in 2004.
