Ten-man Medley Mixers crowned SportsMax six-a-side champs

Ten-man Medley Mixers were crowned SportsMax Six-A-Side champions after battling to a 1-0 win over Sinka Family in a closely contested final at the Football Factory on Monday.

Atapharoy Bygrave of local Premier League outfit August Town got the all-important goal for Medley Mixers in the third minute. It was far from a routine win, as the team found itself with its back to the wall following the dismissal of captain Rohan Williams three minutes after taking the lead.

For their efforts, Medley were presented with the SportsMax Six-A-Side Bragging Rights Trophy and $100,000.
