Tivoli Gardens Football Club player Tevin Shaw expects that his Red Stripe Premier League season will be one which features more assists than goals.

Shaw, who played for Boys' Town before making the move this season, scored his lone goal on October 9 against newly promoted Maverley-Hughenden.

"My position in central midfield won't allow me to score many goals, so I am expecting about 12 goals and at least 18 assists for the season," he said.

Tivoli Gardens has been struggling this season, having earned seven points from six games.

Despite no longer playing for the club where he spent most of his youth career, Boys' Town, the Rema resident is proud of his connection with Boys' Town.

"Boys' Town have done a lot for me. There is a time and a place for everything," the 19 year-old reasoned.
