Reigning champions Arnett Gardens will look to maintain their early lead when they host Harbour View in the Red Stripe Premier League (RSPL) Monday night game at the Anthony Spaulding Sports Complex. Match time is 8:30.

Arnett are the only unbeaten team at this stage after nine games. They are on top with 19 points from five wins and four drawn games. Meanwhile, Harbour View are in sixth position on 13 points with three wins, four drawn encounters and two losses.

However, whenever the teams meet they put in a good show of football for the fans. And the same is expected, especially in a Monday Night live game.

Coach of Arnett Gardens, Jerome 'Jerry' Waite, said that despite Harbour View coming off a 0-1 loss to Reno last Thursday, he is wary of the team from east St Andrew.

"Despite them (Harbour View) coming off a loss, I expect another tough game. From the start of the season every team show you that when they come up against Arnett, it will have to be our A game," Waite told STAR Sports yesterday.

"All teams playing in the' Jungle' it's always going to be pretty tough for them. At the same time, we still expect a competitive game. The teams that we have played so far have given a good account, so we expect another competitive game," he added.

Arnett will look to Lennox Russell, who is on five goals, and national player Fabian Reid (three goals) to lead the attack with support from goalkeeper Damion Hyatt, captain and central defender Oneil 'Bigga' Thompson, as well as creative midfielders Vishinul Harris and Marvin Morgan Jr.

Harbour View's coach Ricardo 'Bibi Gardner said that his team is not under any undue pressure to deliver against the home side.

"I am not going to put any pressure on the players. We have to just go there and try to grind out a positive result from early. We know that it is not easy going there (Arnett), but we have to execute the game plan." Gardner said.

Harbour View's key players include Kemar Bennett, Damarley Oliver, Andrew Allen, Hugh Evans, and Sheldon McKoy.

Meanwhile, in yesterday's game, the University of the West Indies (UWI) defeated Sandals South Coast 2-0, courtesy of goals by Davion Garrison in the 15th minute and Girvon Brown (19th).

UWI pushed to third position on 18 points, the same as Portmore United and Tivoli Gardens.
