Jamaica's senior women's football team ace Khadija 'Bunny' Shaw hit six goals past Guadeloupe to lead the Reggae Girlz to a convincing 13-0 win over their french-speaking opponents in their opening Group B Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Challenge series game at the Stade Sylvio Cater in Haiti yesterday.

Shaw netted in the fourth, 37th, 43rd, 45th, 62nd and 79th minutes for the Reggae Girlz, who led 7-0 at halftime.

The win put Jamaica in pole position atop the group at press time, although hosts Haiti were scheduled to face Martinique in the second game of the double-header.

Also on the scoresheet for the Reggae Girlz were Dominique Bond-Flasza (43rd and 70th) and Giselle Washington (61st and 79th) with two goals each, while Deneisha Blackwood and Konya Plummer had one apiece.

The Jamaicans take on Martinique in their second game tomorrow, while Haiti face play Guadelope.

Only the group winners will advance to the final round set for August 25 to September 2.
