I need a piano so I can teach people to play

Dear Pastor,

I have always read your column in THE STAR. I had observed that you appear to mainly deal with relationship problems. Nevertheless, although my problem is not concerning a relationship, I believe that as a result of your ready access to so many different persons, you might be able to assist me with my problem.

It is about my need for a piano. I live in a depressed rural community. I would like to teach as many villagers as possible to play the piano. First of all, however, I do not have a piano, and second, because I am a pensioner now, I am not able to purchase a piano.

If you can help, please assist me in finding a piano in good condition so that I can begin working with as many learners as possible.

Keep up the good work. I will continue reading your column because I find it extremely interesting and illuminating. Hope to hear from you as soon as possible.

S.P.

Dear S.P.,

I am glad that it is your desire to help people in your district to learn to play the piano. If anyone is willing to donate a piano in good condition, I will contact you immediately.
