A new website has been set up to allow raunchy couples to rent out secluded spaces for their kinky sex sessions.

KinkBNB - dubbed the 'Airbnb for sex' -- allows hot-headed partners to borrow houses, flats and even castles so they can get down and dirty without waking their neighbours.

The website reads: "We founded KinkBNB in 2015 as service and marketplace to find fun locations and share accommodations with accepting people. As an online service, KinkBNB can go anywhere you want to go."

The cheeky set-up comes across as a traditional site with prices, pictures and a list of amenities on display.

But rather than offering add-ons such as a pool or barn conversion, the service offers bondage areas and dungeons.

The site is available worldwide, but most listings are in the US, with a few up for grabs across London.

KinkBNB came about after the founder's friend was banned from Airbnb for advertising sex rooms in her listing.

A man has thrown an alligator through a restaurant window. Joshua James, 23, has charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he launched the live three-foot crocodilian through the drive-through hatch of Wendy's restaurant in Loxahatchee, California.

Despite the appalling crime, Joshua's mother claimed her son is not a violent man and only did it as a "joke." She told WPTV: "He's a prankster. He does stuff like this because he thinks it's funny."

Joshua was arrested for the incident, which took place last October, and later admitted to capturing the deadly creature on Southern Boulevard before taking it to the restaurant.

The young man was also charged with unlawful possession and transportation of an alligator. The snappy animal was unharmed during the incident and was later released into a nearby canal, according to the television station..
