Persons on Tuesday rushed to the assistance of Ivy King-Wallace (centre) who was hit and flung to the ground by a vehicle which was driven by Mark Wilson (right) in Kingston. He said he thought King-Wallace had cleared the path of the vehicle and was surprised she was hit.
