Colin Gager to make Water Square a priority

December 09, 2016

Colin Gager, a fourth-term councillor for the Warsop division, was sworn as mayor of Falmouth and chairman of the Trelawny Municipal Corporation yesterday.

His deputy is Donovan White, a third-term representative for the Duncans division.

"I will be making Water Square my number one priority. In my last term the whole pedestrianisation of the square started. It is not yet finished, and I would love to see its completion in a manner that it will be an attraction to cruise ship passengers," Gager said.

"Of course, I will not leave the market nor the transport centre out of my vision. I will not leave this position again without establishing a legacy," he said.
