My water bill is out of control

Well, THE STAR has the answer to that question with our new competition called 'Bill Free'.
As the 'People Paper', we have been around for decades and we have also seen the plight of ordinary Jamaicans. So, in this bill payment competition, 'Bill Free', we want to help some of our readers to pay their bills on a monthly basis.

After the entries have been shortlisted, the stories will be published in THE STAR and posted on our Facebook page. Thereafter, the public will have a chance to decide who is most in need.
It has been very challenging trying to meet the day-to-day expenses and budgeting cannot help.Since the hike in price of everything, i.e. food, gas, bills etc., paying bills on time has become a thing of the past. Now, water bill is on a par with light bill.
I pay a part of the water bill; sometimes half and try to pay the balance as soon as possible. I find it a strain to pay bills on time; thereby incurring late fees which have become the norm now. The current bill is $9,542.60. I really would appreciate your assistance in having a Bill Free month. Thanks in advance.
