Reggae artiste Survivor Slim is gearing up to release his EP Trap Reggae in early 2016.

The project features two previously released singles I Used To, a collaboration with deejay Xyclone and Fell In Love, featuring Twyce and distributed by VP Records.

Survivor Slim, born Ricardo Raffington, was born in Kingston. He entered the music industry as a show promoter and later evolved into production. He was involved in the promotion of events for more than 15 years in the US.

Raffington is founder of RSQTHP Music Group and personal manager of future dancehall super star Xyclone. His 'world music' philosophy promotes, "take the music, and grind it out." In other words, bring music to the world through every media whether it be via live performances, radio, television, video, CDs and Internet downloads.

Among his production efforts are Kevin Lyttle's Take a Ride, Every Breath by Spragga Benz and Back Pocket Rag by Xyclone.

His latest single Continue Strive, (which contains the catch phrase 'Free Buju gang). A video for the song is expected to be released shortly.
