The Grace GoHard promotion road show made its second of six stops on Saturday, exciting the residents of St Ann's major towns.

Starting out in Brown’s Town, the Grace team made stops in Runaway Bay and St Ann’s Bay before ending with two stops in Ocho Rios, first at the bus park, then at General Foods Supermarket.

Angeline Gillings, chief global category officer for Grace, who led the team said the tour has been exciting and that the response has been very good.

“People love the theme 'GoHard' and as we go around and explain further how to enter, they’re really excited and we can see that when we go into the stores as people are actually buying Grace products,” she said.

In Ocho Rios, as at the other locations, people came out to view the 2017 Nissan X-Trail, which is one of four available prizes that the grand prize winner of the competition will choose from.

David Crawford, marketing officer for Fidelity Motors, dealers for Nissan in Jamaica, said the X-Trail has been redesigned to give it a more sleek and sexy look.

"Since then the interest has exploded," Crawford said. "We used to have more of a niche audience but now with the change to a more eye-catching design, the sales are through the roof."

Several persons won prizes in the various fun competitions, coordinated by MC Pretty Boy Floyd.
