Triple L aims high with 'Blue Mahoe' rhythm
Music producer Orville Stoddart, aka, 'Triple L', is confident that his latest project, the 'Blue Mahoe' rhythm, will be a runaway success.
The rhythm features songs from several popular reggae acts including Louie Culture, Kafinal, Hezron, Influential, Incientcy-Mau, Torch and PZed.
Always willing to give a break to talented up-and-coming acts, the Trench Town-based producer has recorded Ras Kaneo, Fredrick Morgan, Kwabna and Jahnya on the rhythm.
"I'm feeling very good about this project. The Blue Mahoe is an authentic reggae rhythm, and I've produced some very good songs on it. I'm sure it will be one of the standout reggae projects this year," said Triple L.
The rhythm will be released on iTunes, Spotify, Amazon and all other popular online music platforms on February 28.
Triple L is currently working on several new projects, including songs for Hezron's upcoming album, Soul Salvation (The Life I Lived Continues).
"We've recorded some wicked tracks for Hezron's album, it's going to be great. I'm also working on projects with Cush Hunta and Louie Culture, and there are also couple of other rhythm projects in the making," Triple L said.
The producer was born in Trench Town and raised in New York City. He began his career as a producer in the late '90s.
Since then, he has produced songs for a plethora of artistes, including Jah Cure, Bryan Art, Shuga, Lutan Fyah and Nesbeth.
