Reggae star Pressure Buss Pipe maintained the number one position with his album, Red Rose, on the Top 20 Jamaica Music Countdown album charts.

"I feel great that the Jamaican people are showing me so much love," Pressure Buss Pipe said.

The Red Rose album was released November 2 by Jalpo Records/Busspipe Records, and debuted at number eight in November 2016 on the Billboard Reggae album charts.

The album took almost 11 weeks to get to the pole position on the Jamaica Music Countdown.

He will now turn his attention towards pushing a new single called A Lion is A Lion in the Jamaican market this month.

"The video will be released this week. Even though the song is not on the album, the initial reaction in the streets and online has been excellent so we will be amping up promotion on the radio and on the TV," he said.

The 12-track set contains singles such as Time is The Master, Once Again, Lost Without You, Woman of The Nile, and Moments.

In 2007, Pressure Buss Pipe scored a massive hit with the single Love and Affection.

The Rastafarian singer, whose given name is Delyno Brown, is also booked for the Welcome To Jamrock Cruise 2017, and there are plans to shoot a video for Once Again.
