D'Angel condemns violence against women - Drops new single dubbed 'We Can Survive'
In light of the recent heinous acts of violence against our women and girls, dancehall artiste D'Angel has released a brand new single titled 'We Can Survive', condemning the perpetrators and sending a clear message to the world that these vicious attacks will not be tolerated.
The track, which was produced by Sons of Spoon Records, is not only intended to create a major buzz on the airwaves, but it is also a serious cry for justice, calling for an end to the trending crime wave.
In a release sent to the media, D'Angel said she was determined to be an advocate for change through a series of projects geared towards increasing awareness of the plight of women and girls in the country. Also, as a mother of a 10-year-old boy, she strongly believes in training young men to respect and protect women and encourages this moral value in her own son.
The artiste is set to perform in the USA in early March and will also be releasing a video to accompany the song.
