Izan says 'I Have a Dream'

June 02, 2017

Izan's hit single 'I Have a Dream', produced by Opposite Crew, from Jerusalem, Israel, is receiving noteworthy attention within the music community, including heavy radio plays from popular Jamaican disc jockeys.

The powerful anthem starts out with a sample of the Reverend Martin Luther King's famous 'I Have a Dream' speech.

The chorus, led by the members of Opposite Crew, is a hopeful chant of better days to come. The production showcases Izan's crafty lyricism and potent storytelling skills.

Izan draws inspiration from the reality that he is born into, the stories of struggle that permeate the African diaspora.

He said his goal is to uplift his community and to heal and inspire through music. Izan has kept true to his mission to speak on topics that are meaningful and relevant to his audience.

Songs like Watch Yuh Step, Wolf In Sheep Clothing and We Be Husslin (about to be released on iTunes) are examples of Izan's ability to deliver heavy and at times sensitive topics in a creative musical manner.

He has over 13 years of experience in the Jamaican music business since his days at Glenmuir High School.

He is taking his music to greater heights with his 2017 GFAMM Entertainment North American Summer Press Tour.

His first performance of the tour was at the Junction Nightclub in Garberville, California. Izan has been receiving extremely positive feedback and support from fans in every location he visits.

He will be releasing all his music digitally this summer.
