Dquan wants to 'Party Nuff'
United States-based dancehall artiste Dquan has his eyes set on a successful summer 2017 with his single, Party Nuff.
The single, which was produced by Killa Boo and Loud City Music, became available on all major digital media outlets through Vpal in November 2016.
Speaking with Dquan, he said that the single has already made its way into the European market and is building momentum in Jamaica.
"Jamaica is the foundation of reggae and dancehall music, and to see my single making the rounds on the local dancehall scene is an amazing experience. My fans have been sharing the song on various social media platforms, and I appreciate the support. Summer is around the corner and the single is taking off just in time to be a summer anthem," Dquan said.
With the video already racking up more than 10,000 streams online since its release, Dquan plans on visiting Jamaica to do a small promotional tour in coming months in a bid to build a wider fan base.
"I recently came back from my Japan promotional tour, and since then, my music has crossed over into their market. I plan on taking on the streets of Jamaica just as I did in Japan to cement my name even after I leave. My EP is in the making as well, and I hope to diversify my fan base based on how I composed the tracks," he said.
The artiste, who is currently working on Season 2 of Sons of Kingston a popular web series in North America, said that he is poised and ready to make his name among the greats.
"I can feel the success drawing near, and I am ready to bring something different to the music scene. My team and I are determined to keep putting out quality work," he said.
