Ffurious is looking forward to his upcoming performance at the inaugural staging of Unplugged Thursdays.

The event, which is promoted by Laura Carter of Boss Lady Promotions, is scheduled to take place next Thursday at 22 Jerk in Liguanea.

This will be the first local performance for the hard-working deejay, who recently returned to the island after completing a promotion run in the US.

"Since the release of my EP, titled My Time, which came out in May, I have been swamped with overseas engagements. Performing abroad is essential to the development of my career, but I don't want to lose touch with my local fans. I'm looking forward to performing at Unplugged Thursdays; I plan to deliver an exhilarating show for my fans," said Ffurious.

Ffurious is also booked to perform on Capleton's annual St Mary Mi Come From concert, which is slated to take place at the National Arena on November 10.

"This is the first time that Capleton's show is going to be held in Kingston, and everyone in the music industry and the fans are looking forward to it. I'm pleased that I'm on the line-up," said the artiste.

Ffurious is currently working on a new EP project with New York-based producer Khary Cammock of Great X Productions.

The five-song EP, Best Life, will be released on November 2 to coincide with the anniversary of the coronation of His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie of Ethiopia.
