Teshae Star urges people to keep dreams alive

Rising singer Teshae Star recently released her latest single Try Again which is a CEMI Production.

Through this track, the pint-sized singer hopes to project some positive energy towards her listeners and encourages them to pursue their dreams, despite the hardships and struggles that they might be facing.

"The song is about never giving up on your dreams or yourself, always try again and never give up," Teshae Star said.

She is hoping that this song will resonate well with listeners and also inspire them to be the best versions of themselves.

"I want my music to help heal the world; that is why I do music and I will always do music," she said.

At just 13 years old, the Kingston native has been singing for more than two years. With past hits including Dutty Man alongside Romain Virgo and Prayer, the singer is currently putting all her focus into Try Again. Citing her mother and Virgo as her musical influences, she is hoping to make a big impact by putting out music of hope and positivity, much like this song.

"She [her mom] was always singing to me as a child around the house which is how I fell in love with music in the first place. I hope the message in the song reach people's soul and the understanding that they should never give up on their dreams," she added.

Currently under the tutelage of Lorraine Ferguson of CEMI Productions, Teshae Star promises more positive music in the pipeline and a forthcoming EP.
