New York-based dancehall artiste Skip Da Line fuses dancehall and Afrobeat on his latest single titled Wine So.

The track was distributed under his Skip Da Line Music imprint on January 7 with a visualiser featuring popular choreographer Toni Gay O'Meally, more popularly known as 'Happy Feet'.

"I'm always looking for sounds that complement each other, and, as such, I always find myself drawing inspiration from other cultures and genres. Wine So is a dancehall song on a Afro-fusion beat that gives listeners an instant urge to move," said Skip Da Line. "As part of my campaign strategy, I sought out a dancer who I knew would deliver a second-to-none choreography, and Happy Feet definitely captured the media with her performance to the song. The single gains more streams from all over the world daily and I am thankful for the continued support."

With the single quickly garnering thousands of views across digital platforms, Skip Da Line quickly decided to put plans in place to shoot an official video. The artiste will be embarking on a small promotional tour in the coming months, in a bid to capture the cultural essence needed for the official video.

In 2021, Skip Da Line made a massive international impact in several countries with his single Melanin, a track that was dedicated to women of all demographics.
