King Lion wants to make an impact

Reggae/dancehall artiste King Lion says that he wants to inspire and uplift people with his music.

"I want to make a positive impact on people right around the world with my music, just like Bob Marley did with his music. That's why I make songs that are uplifting and inspiring. This kind of music is timeless and it will last forever," said King Lion.

The Canada-based singjay, whose parents are Jamaican, began pursuing a professional music career five years ago while studying media arts and welding.

"Music is my passion, but I wanted to have a way to earn until my music career takes off. So, I studied media arts at Seneca College and welding at Sheridan College. I am currently working in construction while I work on my music career," he said.

King Lion is currently promoting his latest single, which is titled Easy Road. This single, which was produced by Daley Works Entertainment, was released on December 31.
