‘Blessings A Flow’ for Jah Lex and Busy Signal

Canadian reggae artiste Jah Lex recently teamed up with international dancehall star Busy Signal to record the single, Blessings A Flow.

"From the day Busy and I linked up at the studio to record this song, I knew it was going to be a hit. It has a very catchy hook and the verses hit hard. It was just an amazing vibe in the studio working with Busy on this track, lots of energy, lots of fire," said Jah Lex.

The single was released on January 21 with an accompanying video.

"I'm happy with the response that this song is getting. When it was released, it was listed at number three on the Apple Music Reggae Best New Songs list. Since then, it has received a lot of support from DJs in various parts of the world including Jamaica, Canada, Africa, the US and Europe," he said.

Jah Lex believes Blessings A Flow has the potential to be a worldwide hit as it has "all the right ingredients".

"I'm confident that it's going to do well in Africa, the States, the Caribbean, Europe, and Canada. I'm currently in Uganda promoting it and the feedback that I'm getting is very positive," he said.

Blessings A Flow was produced by Jah Lex for Rising Sun Records. The rhythm for the song was created by MagBeats in Uganda.
