"I wrote the song when I was fed up in a relationship and started to remind myself that nuff people a mad ova me and it was my way of feeling confident. Over time since the song has been released, many other women have told me that the song has that same effect on them as a confidence booster," the up-and-coming artiste said.

The single, Tina B says, highlights that, in truth, men will fall at the feet of ambitious women. She is expecting Mad Ova Me to become a hit song that serves as motivation and a confidence booster to women worldwide.

"The response to this song so far is my indication that it will propel my career even further in dancehall, because we all know that women run dancehall. So, if the ladies love it, then it's a win, and right now they are really vibing to it. It's the relatability for me," she said giggling.
