Platinum Camp Records is celebrating wins in 2023, including officially signing dancehall artiste Silk Boss.

The artiste will continue to work with his fiancee Bree, while the label handles management. The new partnership promises to be a fruitful one, as big plans are in place to take Silk Boss' career to the next level.

"I see us making the artiste super-rich and giving back to the community, changing the negative narrative to positive. Silk Boss is very resilient and with all that he's been through, he deserves nothing but the best. That's why Platinum Camp Records is here to take him to the top, by God's will," said label CEO Mr Biggs.

With almost 20 years in the game, Mr Biggs wears many hats, including as a director, producer, husband and father. Over the years, he has worked with several artistes, such as Barrington Levy, Konshens and Foxy Brown, and is confident that success is on the horizon for Silk Boss.

"My goal overall is taking care of people. I'm aiming to take care of the next generation, leaving the planet better than how I came and saw it," he stated.

Several major projects are on the horizon for Silk Boss, starting with a feature on a remix of international R&B singer Bobby V's single, Come Over. Plans are under way for the official release of the track, as well as the accompanying video.

Mr Biggs intends to continue putting in the work, and encourages others to do the same.

"In life, try to walk the right path and do the right thing. Life is a journey! Stand strong, no matter what. When life kicks you down, getting up and fighting back is what's important," he stated.
