Emerging dancehall artist Blass is enjoying a growing fan base across Africa, thanks to the release of his Wine Gyal single track on the Avatar rhythm produced by Kenya-based label Rebel Liberation Records. "Since the release of the track, I have been receiving numerous requests to record for other African based labels, my following is growing and now it's likely that my first independent tour could be in Africa, and real soon too," said Blass. Blass first came onto the scene collaborating with the likes of Vybz Kartel, Demarco and Delus, and toured the Caribbean in his early career. He has collaborated with a number of international acts, one of them, a famous Pop star and actress from Russia by the name of Belka, with whom he recorded Whenever You Want. He is promoting other singles Eyes On Me and Productions.

Fast rising artist The Ultimate, has released a single entitled, I Will Survive. The single was written, arranged and produced by him on his own Black Q Records label. The sing-jay who has his own unique sound and style, displays his writing skills and showcases his ability to compose constructive lyrics with melodies. "In a time like this when a lot of people are facing challenges and difficulties, it is a song they all can relate to, and it is inspirational and also motivational. The first line says 'struggles that I face in my life only let me get stronger', that simply means every challenge you contend with should strengthened you to face the other. One must have self-confidence, must be determined and also be resilient in the pursuit of their goals because is only the fittest of the fittest will survive," he said.
