2-year-old shot

A two-year-old was reportedly shot and injured on Thursday night during a confrontation between an unidentified man and the police in Denham Town, west Kingston.

The man was shot and killed during the confrontation. According to the police's Corporate Communications Unit, the two-year-old was shot during the crossfire. THE WEEKEND STAR could not determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting, however, information reaching the news team is that the toddler was rushed to the hospital and underwent treatment.
