The second International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World U20 Coaches Conference will be held in Bydgoszcz, Poland, starting on July 25, following the conclusion of the IAAF World U-20 Championships from July 19-24.

The build-up phase in athletics is crucial in every athlete's development. The main objective of this conference is to keep coaches informed, bringing consistency and competence to the coaches who play an essential part in athletes' careers.

Held at the conference hall in the Zawisza Stadium, the IAAF has invited a number of experts in various fields to speak at the conference whose knowledge, experience and input will further qualify coaches who train athletes in this age group.

The conference will feature Malek El-Hebil, IAAF Development and Member Relations Department director; Herbert Czingon, German pole vault coach; Cristina Fink, director of sport psychology; and Don Babbitt, US throws coach.
